I agree that any information relating to any property and/or business offered for sale by BISHOPS and provided to me will be kept strictly confidential. I also agree that I will:

1. Only view properties and/or businesses offered for sale by BISHOPS having made an appointment with their office.
2. Not make direct contact with the owners of any property and/or business that is on the market with BISHOPS.
3. Not pass any information and/or copies of any literature supplied to me by BISHOPS to any third party other than a professional adviser, e.g. finance broker, bank, valuer, solicitor, accountant etc.
4. Will submit any offer and conduct all negotiations through BISHOPS.
5. If I should be party to negotiations or actions which seek to preclude or are contrary to the interests of BISHOPS as selling agents then I will be liable for any fee or commission that would otherwise be due to BISHOPS.
