The sale of the nursing home was quite protracted because of various legal and other issues, but your continued support and liaison certainly played an enormous part in achieving the end result. I consider that you were very professional, extremely efficient and, what is more, highly approachable and pragmatic. Qualities that are rare these days. I will not hesitate to use your services again and am pleased to recommend you to others.

I instructed Paul Salmon of Bishops to market a number of our Care Properties over the last year. To date he has successfully negotiated the sale of three of our units, which all completed in a relatively short space of time. Paul has always kept us updated on the progress of all of the sales he has handled and has acted in a professional and courteous manner at all times. When problems have occurred, they have been handled with diplomacy and tact, which has brought each deal to a satisfactory conclusion. When I come to sell again in the future, I will have no hesitation in using his services and would highly recommend him to anyone else thinking of selling their Care Business.

I would just like to reiterate my thanks and commend you on the professional service I received from your company throughout the process of selling my property. It not only sold in a relativity short period of time but once a buyer was found the whole process only took a few months and progressed smoothly. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who returned my calls and responded to my queries promptly, if I need to sell any similar properties in the future I will have no hesitation in giving you a call

Thank you so much for your help and advice during the sale of the Children’s Home during a very difficult time in the sales market. Despite the economic downturn, you managed to arrange viewings which culminated in a successful sale. During unforeseen delays by the vendor, you continued to liaise throughout the very protracted completion process ensuring a successful outcome. Thank you again, I could not have done it without you.

We have recently successfully sold our small Care Home thanks to Paul Salmon of Bishops, who throughout a difficult sale has been remarkably proactive and helpful. We cannot praise Bishops too highly and would recommend them to any prospective seller or buyer.
